STARTING AND OILING INSTRUCTIONS
Mix thoroughly in clean can 1 pint heavy oil such as Gargoyle Mobiloil "A" or heavy oil of a similar body with each gallon of gasoline. With muffler removed, (resulting in increased revolutions), use 2 pints of extra heavy oil such as Gargoyle Mobiloil "B" with each gallon of gasoline.
Open tank valve (handle down). Open needle valve 1 1/2 turn. Place magneto lever over carburetor. Choke by turning throttle lever clear down. Push release charger lever over to the right. Press float pin on carburetor until gas floods.
When motor starts move magneto lever and raise throttle lever slightly, then PUSH RELEASE CHARGER LEVER to left ALL THE WAY DOWN. Advance magneto lever. Raise throttle lever to center for maximum speed.
Close needle valve to point where motor runs fastest.
Note: Refill gear case with Gargoyle Mobiloil "CC" or other waterproof oil or grease every 1 to 4 weeks depending on how much motor is used.
